Plenty Of Fish About

Hi Everyone,
Just had a week on the island and even though the weather was a bit so so, had a great time.

Plent of fish still about, bream whiting and flathead was what I caught, did see some tailor being caught.

Hardly anyone on the island at the moment and in fact it reminds me of the old days when you could see no one on the beach.

Not sure why not many people about, whether money is tight at the moment and people are not spending the money to travel to the island.
Barge is offering some great specials at the moment till end of August to entice you, so no excuses.

For the advertisers on the site, I'm sure they would appreciate the extra business at the moment, so why not get some friends together and come over?

Tip: To see the whales off the cape, best time is when it is blowing westerlies, they like to come in close to shore.
